Problems addressed
What are the key strategic issues that an organisation faces particularly in the context of sustainable development? What are they key alternative strategies and priorities for addressing those issues?
Solutions provided
Peter MELLALIEU conducts a strategic audit of an organisation focussed on identifying the key strategic issues regarding sustainable development. The audit includes analysis of strategy and planning documents, interviews of key stakeholders, and/or observation of institutional practices. The results of the audit provide a basis for integrating sustainable development into top-level strategic planning and/or initiating specific strategic initiatives to address the key sustainable development issues that challenge the organisation.
